As a teenager, I believed that if I wanted something, I would have to become an expert in something, work extremely hard and hope luck would also be on my side. So I did. I got great grades, I went to college, I took full course loads and had 1-2 jobs on the side at all times. And that strategy worked for me until it didn’t. Until I was exhausted, overwhelmed and still feeling so far from my goals. Until I lost motivation, began to doubt myself, and felt like I was a failure for not working harder.
Then one day, I stopped grasping. I started moving with the flow of my life. I started saying, “yes” to experiences that came along, and tapping into my inner wisdom. And everything changed for me.
Living in balance and moving from a space of alignment has brought me to parts of the world I never thought I’d see. It has given me opportunities that I would have once turned away from and experiences I could never have imagined. Most importantly, I found love, I found purpose, and I found the empowerment to creating a life of abundance. And I want to share with you how you could have all of that for yourself as well.

What does it mean to eat well?
Food plays such a central role in our lives. Not only do many of our holidays and traditions center around food, the way we live our daily lives revolves around what we eat, how we eat, and when we eat. Food is not only fuel, it is nourishment – both physically and emotionally – and it is medicine.
Yo-yo dieting, jumping from one food fad to the next, or simply trying to take control of our health through food starts with changing how we view food and learning how to tap into the wisdom of your body to heal, to radiate vitality, and to feel joyful at the table.
The tools I’ll give you will allow you to eat well not just for the next 8 or 12 weeks, but for the rest of your life. They will show you how to make food choices that support your wellness and teach you how to nourish yourself and those around you.
